Chemistry Powerpoint instructions

Chemistry Power Point

Six slides

One slide giving basic chemical information
Five or more slides filled with interesting facts about the elements discovery, its uses, its location, etc.  Let your research guide you. If you find the information boring, so will your audience.  If you find it interesting, so will your audience.

Phrases, not sentences, on the slides themselves

Don’t put all your information on the slide.  Instead, put the heading only.  For example, on your slide you might have a diagram of oxygen with the name and a schematic drawing. If you were to add up the words on all six slides, the grand total should not be much more than 100 words.

Grades:  4—Six or more slides
Proper spelling and grammar on the slides

                    Notes with added information
                    Eye contact, poise

3--Falling short on one or two of the above
